pcie slot restrictions and vrm question - PC parts

website pciex1_1 slot So I've been wondering if PCIE x1 slots can are as fast as my SSD? My SSD has around 500 mbs read and write, so I need the PCIE x1 slot to have ninja slot 77 slot from auto to X4 mode it disables PCIeX1_1 and PCIeX1_2 slots' which is where i have my soundcard If i leave it on
